The Blue Team meets and discusses the fallout of Neil’s decision to gain weight and sabotage his team. Kae sided with the former Blue Team and ruined her future relationships with her new team. She was nearly ready to go home, feeling guilty about her team’s actions. Bob urges the team to move on. Neil talks to Isabeau and tries to regain her trust but she’s not going to forgive and forget that easily.
The Red Team is training hard while the Blue and Black Teams continue to bicker. David and Ryan stayed with Kim.
Hollie thinks she’ll be the one to go home if she falls below the yellow line. Despite her mother’s recent passing, she came back to the ranch to finish what she started. You have to admire her strength for making that decision and it would really suck if she gets voted out now.
Amy didn’t lose any weight last week and confesses to Jillian that Neil was pressuring her. Uh oh, Neil is in deep stuff, with his plan for a Red and Blue alliance out in the open. I would not want to be on Jillian’s bad side, plus I don’t think Bob really respects him either. Bob is a professional though and is working to get Neil back into his well being, not just the game. His method involves making Neil suffer for his crimes. Which means Neil is going to lose a ton of weight this week.
Isabeau asks Jillian if she can cut calories to lose even more. Jillian tells them to just work out, eat right and shut up and listen to her.
Who can hang? Each team is suspended on a see saw above the water, holding on to their combined weight. Team Neil and Isabeau are the first to hit the water, with Kae, David and Hollie are the second to go. Bill, Julie and Amy fight to hold on, and team Bry, Ry, Nicole with the competition. The prize was extra votes at elimination, so instead of one vote per team, each player on the team gets a vote at elimination, unless they fall below the yellow line. If the three unite, they’re going to have a majority of the votes.
Bob took Kae aside to tell her she is kicking butt even though she’s the smallest girl.
During the weigh in’s Team Neil, Isabeau is up first with Neil losing 33 lbs and the room is absolutely silent. Isabeau capitalized on Neil’s big weight loss. She didn’t lose any weight this week, so next week she should be in a good position to lose a bunch.
Team Bryan, Ryan, Nicole lost a total of 30 lbs (Nicole 9 lbs, Bry 8 lbs and Ry 13 lbs)
Team Amy, Julie, Bill lost a total of 27 lbs (Amy 11 lbs, her biggest week ever, Bill 10 lbs and Julie 6 lbs)
Team Kae, David, Hollie lost a total of 14 lbs (Hollie 5 lbs, Kae 6 lbs and David 3 lbs). This puts Kae, David and Hollie below the yellow line. David is voted out, but he is the ultimate winner loser) with weight lose of 105 lbs.
