The Biggest Loser… The Contest

I just found out that my work is having a biggest loser contest! It costs you $20 to get in it, and whoever looses the highest percentage of weight at the end of 18 weeks gets the pot. I’m going to join not because I think I’m going to win, but because it will be extra motivating. It also helps to talk about your diet and your weight loss with other people sometimes (kinda like I do here on this blog that probably no one reads) and if everyone at work is on a diet everyone will be talking about it and motivating everyone and making themselves more accountable!!! Oh, and I want to win just a little bit… I have a slight competitive streak.
