Born to Challenge Weigh-In - Lap 5/6 Well, I think the verdict is that last week’s weigh-in was a bit of a downward fluctuation, because it went back up and stayed up there all week.
SO, this missing I’m posting a whole pound gain challenge this week - sorry! I have been really good with the exercise - getting in at least one DVD workout every day so far, thereby meeting my commitment for challenge. However, I haven’t been so good on the calorie intake front - I’ve been really stressed (studying for an exam at the moment) and broke my mid-week ban on alcohol on Tuesday, drinking too much wine, which then led onto too much food… It hasn’t been a disaster overall (I’ve still managed a reasonable calorie deficit), but that’s why the exercise hasn’t had the impact on my weight loss that it might have done. The in-laws are visiting this weekend, and we’re going out for Mother’s Day tomorrow, so it’s not likely to be a great weekend for weight loss, but I do need to change something about this stress eating/drinking, because it’s still six weeks until my exam, and a lot of damage could be done in that time!! Any suggestions??
