A good friend of mine has been encouraging me to make walking a priority. I know it’s a great thing to do, in fact I am sure everyone that need to lose weight knows that walking is good for you. My dad always reminds me that “walking is free” which takes yet one more excuse away from people. I admit, I am often too tired after a long day of work and dinner, by my challenged me today to take the Challenge”. He said he just wanted me to grab my wife by the hand and start walking, counting 10 ten houses, then turn around and come back. It is a start, so tonight I will at least do the 10 house shuffle. Oh yeah, and he promises to do the same.
Find a friend to either walk with or keep you accountable and start the Challenge today!
