I pitty the fool!OK not really…but challenge anyone spending a lot of money on a gym that only goes in and uses the weights for their workouts. Because when you pay for the gym you are paying for the lights, upkeep, smoothie machine, merchandise, instructors, classes, someones house, and probably someone elses house. I understand there is great benifit in going to a gym, I actual go to a free one every now and then. It is free because I pay for it in my housing dues. But if it was not free I might not even go then. I also understand there are some good gyms out there. I like going to a local one when my friend invites me and I get in for free. But if I was to join…it would be 175-200 down plus 30-45 a month…that is crazy!!! You know what kind of gym i can build with 200 bucks and a small portion of my garage…and then to add the the other 450 a year…I can have a complete gym that will kick my tail every workout I do… It really does not take a lot of equipment to have a great gym…one to where you will have serious DNA removal. You don’t need all the free weights, or even running machines to get an amped up workout. There are so many options open to us and creative people out there doing crazy things that really give you crazy effective workouts. I just came across an article of a guy out there doing some of the same things… (Click Don’t Have To Spend Cash On A GYM…Just Get
I think there are enough options out there for anyone looking to really make some changes to their workouts without having to follow the same boring routines. Tell me what you are doing for great workouts? ShareThis

My dad always reminds me that “walking is free” which takes yet one more excuse away from people. I admit, I am often too tired after a long day of work and dinner, by my challenged me today to take the Challenge”. He said he just wanted me to grab my wife by the hand and start walking, counting 10 ten houses, then turn around and come back. It is a start, so tonight I will at least do the 10 house shuffle. Oh yeah, and he promises to do the same. Find a friend to either walk with or keep you accountable and start the Challenge today! Until next time, Anthony (205 pounds)
