Day 2 and I am feeling great. I love higher protein and less carbs because it makes me feel full longer. I do still have my morning diet coke like I have for 23 years and do not intend on giving that up any time soon. I am making lots of new changes so I figure I could keep my one little security of my diet coke every morning. I’m going to keep journaling because I don’t see much action on these boards so I want to leave something for newbies to refer back to when they need support.I have read journals on here and they inspire me, others have given up and restarted so many times that I think they just gave up.
