So I was given orders by my doctor to lose weight, probably @ 40 pounds. The first 9 were easy. These next 31 are going to be the tough ones. So I’m balancing with shakes (just one a day) and the, . You’re supposed to do it 4 times a week. It’s pretty rough going so far at only 30 minutes, you think that it would be a breeze. It would be a breeze if you were in shape. One thing I have found is that you foreman grill which are bloody delicious and filling. I’m also writing my food down (when I remember) and recording all my activity at www.presidentschallenge.com. It’s actually quite useful. I’m not weighing myself for 6 weeks to see if the BL DVD really makes that big of a difference.
