So I want to keep track of my weight on here at least once a month and as often as twice a month.  This will be my first weigh-in.

5-13-08:  195lbs

(I have been fluctuating from 185-195 for the past few years)

My mini goal: 170

Ultimate goal: 146

(this is based on my tracker on SparkPeople)

* right now I fit into a size 13 jean, I think I will be happy in a 9 or 7

I am really going to try to eat healthier but my downfall is not exercising enough.  I got up and moved around a bit today, did a few yoga moves ( I love yoga), and thought about how much I want to learn to belly dance (and hopefully lose the belly. I have found a few belly dancing videos at 5min.com :)  (I really loved seeing all the middle eastern dancing at the renaissance faire I went to on Sunday)…now to just sit…or stand and learn these. Got lots to teach myself this summer…yay weight loss!!!
