Weight Loss Update - Week 3 |

After pigging out on all the great food prepared for me for Mother’s Day, I actually managed to lose 1 lb! Disappointing, but at least I lost something. I guess you can’t expect to have baby back ribs, corn muffins with butter, potato salad, and chocolate cake for dessert (and don’t forget the Krispy Kremes for breakfast) and step on the scale the next day with a weight loss. But, I didn’t want to diet on Mother’s Day, so I may have to do some extra exercising this week.
But one pound is still one pound, and I’ll take it!
