Wii Fit - Day 1 |

Over at Mama Drama we started a biggest loser challenge. I totally flunked out of it during the first challenge, but I am signed up for the second and plan to follow through. Day 1 of the challenge starts tomorrow and will run for 10 weeks.
I thought it would be a cool idea to use this challenge to test out what my Wii Fit can really do for me in regards to weight loss. Can it really make me a lean mean fit machine? Well I doubt that is going to happen in just 10 weeks, but 10 weeks should get me off to a good start. So… my plan is to stick to my Weight Watchers Flex Plan and then do a minimum of 30 minutes of Wii Fit or Wii Sports a day.
The Wii tennis and Wii Fit advanced step can really get the sweat dripping, the Hula Hoops are a real ab workout, and who can resist a quick boxing workout? We will see how effective they are in the long run tho…
