Alright people - I will be embarking a disciplined, dedicated get ripped fitness program.

Why I am inspired this year? I am flabby, fat and tired! I need more muscle and less ass.

  -   ZMA for shutting my mind off

EAT 1ST MEAL W/IN 30 MINS OF WAKING EVERY MORNING
