Introduction: Eleven new couples, who weigh over 3.5 tons combined, head to the ranch to start their new life. Right when they get there they are thrown their first twist, Bob and Jillian won’t be attending their first workout. They will have to do it by themselves. Needless to say, nobody really has any clue what they should be doing. Bob and Jillian look on via a hidden camera and are shocked by how little they know about fitness. The two head to the gym before someone injures themselves. Jerry (who at 62 is tied for the oldest player ever with his wife) doesn’t feel well and winds up fainting. He’s alright but heads to the hospital.
