Well tomorrow I weigh in for the first time for the 12 challenge and I am hoping there will be a loss ! Well there better be ! I’ve done OK with working out, but tomorrow I will start on The Burn Phase of Chalene Extreme so that will be a series of 30 day workout’s in 3 different phases. I was trying to decide whether to do Power 90 which changed my body in 90 days and I love it and I know it works. But I’m ready for a bit more ” muscle ” wise, so I am going with Chalene.
I’ve also added in 4 tablets of Natrol Slenderite which is a Dietary Supplement for Weight loss with natural ingredients and the well talked about Phase 2. It does NOT make me jittery and I’ve had a lot of energy. I have forgotten to take them this week, so I purchased one of those vitamin holders and put everything for the week and keep it right by the coffee pot so I remember to take them. I got mine on eBay, 3 bottles for just over 21.00 which was a steal since they retail for 20.00 each in the store and they were very hard to find. Natrol was featured in the Woman’s world magazine last month with a woman that had lost over 120 lbs ! Amazing.
I am also taking Zrii and take 1.5 oz in the morning and 1.5 in the afternoon. A lot of my friends are taking this and swear by it. My one friend kept her eating patterns the same during the holidays and she gained NO weight !
So while those may seem like the ” answer ” those are just a few of the things I have added to also go with my diet menu, although I need to think of another name instead of diet, as this is a lifestyle eating plan, not one just to lose weight.
Each day I have Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner and will add in an occasional treat such as a skinny cow for desert. Biggest down fall on this whole thing is WINE. I love wine but never just stop at one glass. So tomorrow I have decided to stay Wine Free for 7 days to see what difference it makes.
Today for instance I had A High Protein Breakfast Wrap
2 oz of Cooked chicken or turkey breast
3 Egg Whites, whisked
1 C Spinach Leaves
1 Slice of Red Fat Swiss Cheese
1 6 ” whole wheat tortilla.
Basically I put the cooked turkey and fresh spinach in a heated skillet and warm it up for a bit, pour in the egg’s, cook for about 4-5 min into a scramble. remove from heat and place the slice of cheese and add to a heated Whole Wheat Tortilla. Amazing ! Fills you UP ! It taste AWESOME, It’s easy and it is only 246 calories ! 32 G of Protein !
So what is what is happening this weekend ! Well of course their is also taking care of the farm, feeding and cleaning out the duck pond, chicken coop, trimming of over 130 fruit trees and finishing the laundry room we started ! And of course getting ready for the San Diego chargers game ! Go Chargers !
