Nowadays you can order it direct.  Medifast offer a stable of meal replacement products - all generally formulated to be low-calorie and low-fat, and containing the optimum levels of vitamins.

Nutrisystem has been the #1 selling diet the past few years. They sell pre-packaged (heat and eat) meals from their website and ship them to your door. Is Nutrisystem worthy of its best seller status? What do others say about both diets and how do they rank compared to one another?
